I will try to get a response here. I sent an email two days ago wanting my forum membership upgraded so I can see all of the forums, and post my questions. This is after an email that I sent well over a month ago, before the forums became restricted. I wanted my forum logon, which was created before I became a HostGator customer, linked to my account. It hasn't been done yet.
What's going on? I needed to look up some stuff on the forum... three days ago. If this forum is being touted as a 'customer support' feature of HostGator, I think it should be more responsive. Two days is a lifetime in web support, let alone over a month. |

Please send a private message to GatorJustin in the forum with all of your account information (the undefined fields under your name) if not done already. If you already did that, it would not hurt to send it again. Meanwhile, I will look in to this for you and if you have any questions feel free to post them here.

Well, I tried to, but PM's are disabled for me and I can't get into my profile to change it... I guess it's locked down and I'm not allowed to send IM's because I'm not verified.

Email justin@hostgator.com again with all of your undefined information and your username. He should reply within 72 hours.
