Simle Question

I just want to know, if i had a host account can i install WebHost Manager and cPanel, just link to have a reseler service.

I already have a WHM and cPanel 2 years Licence software.


And if it's possible (install that WHM e cPanel + INFO), i can manage my hostgator account to resel with no problem and no more cost the space that hostgator offer?

You can't install your own copy of cPanel/WHM

HostGator has this installed already

So, a normal Hostgator account like Swamp, already have a cPanel and WHM?

So can i resel the 1TB space of disk?

It will come with cPanel but not WHM as you are not aloud to resell hosting on a shared account.

You would need a reseller account (http://www.hostgator.com/resellers.shtml) or dedicated server (http://www.hostgator.com/dedicated.shtml) to get access to WHM and resell hosting

No, you can only resell with a Reseller account or dedicated server. The Swamp plan comes with cPanel but not WHM.

Ok thanks for the answers, but that information should be on Terms and Conditions, cause i tougth that hostgate offer resseler accounts to people that dont have de cPanel and WHM licence, as i've that make i tougth that was allowed install.

The information about cPanel (in the case of Shared plans) and WHM (on the reseller plan page) is pretty clearly located at the top right of the page under the navigation bar.
