Should we expect More Down time on JEEP

Dear Host gator,
I must start by saying thank you for always answering my support and offering great hosting. Jeep has been down and up and down again for months now. I understand that things happen. and we should expect some down time. But when there is down time I loose Money. and I know others do also. should we plan for this down and up to continue?

Your phone suport person said that this is the worst thing they have ever seen. So we got a bad cold. when is the jeep going to get better?????

What do you thing would be the best move for my company????

Not sure where you got months from. It was happening for a few weeks at about 5 am eastern time for a few minutes. Wasn't till recently it had a few major affects during the day.

Today it didn't even happen first time since it started we went 24 hours without it. So looks like somethign we did might have paid off.

i understand that the major problems have been the last few weeks, but I did have down time in june and july in the day time. The past weeks has truly hurt me. can you give me some kind of hope for a fix.

We could be wrong but this is the first 24 hours in weeks jeep hasn't had a problem... You should tell him how you feel about all the downtime caused from his site.

This is ridicoulous. Blaming your customers for how you are managing the servers. By the way I've replied to this too in the thread quoted by Brent.

as long as host gator can fix this once and for all I am happy with them. but I am at the end of my rope. we should not bash gator for something you caused. Can you (oblomov) tell me why you caused the spaming. what did you do. who is mad at you?

the fact that I caused spamming (or whatever else) is just one of the many conjectures made by hostgator, not by me.

Mine it's just a non-commercial traveller site, a very quiet one. We have been running it for years, never had complaints about anything from anyone (why sould we had? we are just a free non commecial traveller site!), never had fight with anyone, never had bad flames on our forums.

Some of our mailbox receive a lot of spam but I wouldn't say they are mailbombed.
