Default What should I do now the domain registrar fail?

Hi,

I registered 5 domains at one shot at the same register, to my shock, I can't even find them in my list even though I billed.

I'm a reseller becoz I wanted to host 5 domains at the same time. I've already set up a main package which reflect the failed domain name.

What should I do next? I can't delete the main account, right?

thanks lot in advance

Regards

Who did you purchase the domains through? Did you order it via the domain reseller account HostGator gave you? It could just take a while to show up on your list. I belive this has happened to me before. Now after they are bought make sure that they are pointing to the correct nameservers and give them about 24 hours and they should start working fine.

Somewhere in your account settings or tools at registerfly should be a place to enter the DNS numbers for those domains. After you find it, enter the two DNS numbers that HG provides in its welcome email.

If you can't find it, ask registerfly's 24-hr support, "where do I set my domain name servers?"

After that, you will be able to set up those domains in your HG account.

By the way, I believe this subforum is to give suggestions to HG, rather than seeking suggestions. It's probably more efficient to ask about stuff in the Shared Hosting or the Reseller subforums.

I believe you can change the main account domain for $5 USD. I would ask live chat support first.

Your should try buying your domains via HostGator's domain reseller account.

Evan,

I think he's not set something right at registerfly that has to be fixed before he worries about the HG part...
