I am not able to get any of my domains to resolve also cannot ping them

Is there a DNS problem here?

I can see my primary domain but all of my customers domains do not

This is the message I get when i check the status myself on a third party website

ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the parent servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are:
ns2.cuik.net.
ns1.cuik.net.

Nice to see my ticket is rated a low priority

not sure my customers will see it that way

Domain cuik.net seems ok, but ns1.cuik.net & ns2.cuik.net don't resolve. Do you have A records for those?

where do I look for that?

I have not touched any settings since the day the sites wre setup and at that time they all worked fine...

I thought that gator was responsivble for setting up the ns1 & 2.cuik.net

Yes it works ok, and now the nameservers seem to be ok too
