i need some help.
how do i set up shared SSL within cpanel ?

Hi,

you don't need to configure anything in cPanel for shared SSL.
You need to know what server you're on, and then use the appropriate link as you can find here.

The site that your link points to is outdated and doesn't contain all the servers. Might want to add it to the todo list
