Shared SSL problem - Proper Path???

Hello;

I'm trying to set up Shared SSL for one of my reseller account customers in conjunction with osCommerce. Looking at the shared SSL info in Host Gator's FAQ, I'm not clear whether I should be using my username at the end of the https:// path or if it's my client's username that I should be adding to the path.

The problem that I'm having in osCommerce is everytime I click on the 'Checkout' link, I get an alert that says: "The connection to secureX.websitewelcome.com has terminated unexpectedly. Some data may have been transferred."

Does this mean that my path to the Shared SSL is incorrect? What SSL path should I be using for my client's site?

You have to use the ip address of the server the acct is hosted on and you need to use the name of the acct, not the reseller acct name.

Sorry, I am probably being really stupid, but can someone please give an example of the server path for oscommerce on shared hosting.
my ip address is 67.18.54.60 the info is for www.domain-name.co.uk which is hosted as a subdirectory of my main account.
I am sure this is easy, but it is late and my brain ain't working properly
