Shared hosting setup fees

Hey gang,
i went to set up 2 new swamp hosting plans, and because i was curios, i checked out the hatchling and baby plans to see the total price after the cuopon, and i noticed that even thought the package details read "Free Setup" there is still a $5.00 charge at signup.
It's only for the hatchling and baby plans if you signup monthly.
Which is understandable, your not really getting profit from a small monthly price, however it's kind of decieving when you read the package details. Maybe put like a question mark or something next to it with a pop-up window explaining the charge.

Funny enough if you click the little question mark next to where it says Free / Instant Setup a little box pops up that says the following:

All accounts have FREE setup, and will be created automatically in 15 minutes or less. The only plan that has any setup fee whatsoever is if you select the monthly billing cycle on the Hatchling plan. Every other plan has $0 set up whether you choose to pay montly or three years in advance.

It is somewhat misleading- then again so are the default prices being 3 year contract ones.
