Shared hosting questions: DNS/email/SSI/other

Hi, I currently have my church's website with a different shared host provider, but I'm really paying too much for too little, and so I'm looking for a cheaper alternative with more space, and I am considering HostGator's shared hosting.

I have a few questions, though:

1) I have my DNS set up to point to ZoneEdit.com's nameservers, a third-party provider. Does HostGator have any problems with the nameservers for my domain pointing there (and not to your nameservers?)

2) Email: I am running my own email server (on a DSL line) at the church, and this is working well for me and I do not want to change it. Thus, I do not need any email services. Any problems here that you can see?

3) I use .htaccess files, server-side includes (with .html files set to be SSI-parsed), and in a couple cases I use "#include virtual" SSIs to run CGI scripts and include the output. Any issues with any of these things?

4) I have a phpBB forum set up, with mysql access. Any problem running that?

5) Do you provide any shell (ssh) access?

sales@hostgator.com wil answer these, this is a peer support forum anyway I'll answer what I know:

1)I don't think so but you'll have to edit your DNS (or get support to do it for you in cPanel)
2)Same as above
3)There should be no problem.
4)No. To begin with I thought this would be a problem but apart from being unable to create compressed archives on the server I get on quite well without SSH.

You should have no problem using phpBB.
