setup for reseller hosting account?

Hi,

I'm signed up the basic reseller account and everything is working great, now I want to test out the web hosting biz and I did installed the autopilot / WHM and private name server, all that excep the actuall store front/website.

Just want to see is anyone here really did that already and selling hosing plan as private label with own DNS name server etc..

Any comment are welcome.

Yes a number of people did it using WHMAP. Check the resellers forum and visit the WHMAP forums for details on integrating it into your site.

Works fairly well.

And before you dive too far into WHMAP, I'd suggest using WHMCS. I'm a former WHMAP now using WHMCS and WHMCS is by far superior.

I've did it before I became a GATOR.. Once you get Autopilot installed, CPanel will basically set it all up for you, for free! Its pretty simple and there are alot of tutorials out there about it. But autopilot/working with WHM is great! Be sure to make an admin@primary.com email account or forwarder, because cpanel now sends all new account and notifications to that address.!
