Am I missing where I can setup/modify CNAMEs for a subdomain within my shared hosting cPanel? Or is this a "Contact Support" situation for those on shared hosting servers?
Basically, I am trying out "Google Apps for Your DOmain" and one of their instruction articles outlines: Code:
Change the CNAME record in your domain settings
To use the custom web address start.DOMAINNAMEHERE.TLD, you must change the CNAME record with your domain host. You must change the CNAME record everytime you change the custom web address.
1. Sign in to your domain hosting service.
2. Navigate to your DNS Management page. The location and name of this page will vary by host, but can generally be found through Domain Management or Advanced Settings.
3. Find the CNAME settings and enter the following as the CNAME value or alias:
start
4. Set the CNAME destination to the following address:
ghs.google.com
5. Save changes on your domain hosting service.

You need to contact support.
