You need to make sure that the domain is registered and the nameservers are set to the same ones as your reseller account. We would be able to help more if you provide an example of a domain that you have added that is not working.

You set up the accounts in your WHM but you must register the domain with a domain registrar before you can use it. If you provide an example of a domain that is not working we can check and see if it is showing as registered.

Resellers can register domains through the free enom account that you get through hostgator. I personally dont use it, but many people have it set up on their sites.

Or you can manually set up domains through any registrar that you want. I use godaddy for all my domains, but their are lots of registrars to choose from.

If you want more automated domain registrations through your reseller website, then I would recommend upgrading your free enom account to a regular enom account and integrate their api to fit your website theme. A lot more work, but definitely worth it if you want automated registrations.
