Default Setting Up URL For Vbulletin Forum Through FTP/cPanel?

I don't know if it's something I did with my host gator cPanel or what... but I need someone to fix my problems. I have my site setup through FTP as public_html/forums and it will work perfectly... although there's a catch. It shows up in the URL as norcalgmracing.com/forums and not www.norcalgmracing.com/forums

and it will only work if I have a permenent redirect through my host gator cPanel from www.norcalgmracing.com to www.norcalgmracing.com/forums

if I take that permenent redirect off and type the URL as www.norcalgmracing.com i get this message:

Warning: require_once(/home/rrcox22/public_html/includes/init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/rrcox22/public_html/global.php on line 20

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/rrcox22/public_html/includes/init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/rrcox22/public_html/global.php on line 20

I would like to be able to type in the URL www.norcalgmracing.com and get my forum or anything related to www.norcalgmracing.com in the URL and have the www. in front of it. Where do I go for this?

For example if a google or yahoo search is made for www.norcalgmracing.com the URL link on the bottom just has norcalgmracing.com
