Default Setting up my WebDisk

While setting up my cpanel, I was going through the "getting started" start up wizard. I have Windows XP and selected that. Then it ask you to Create a web disk short cut on my desk top. I saved the .vbs and clicked on it. The problem is that I receive an error from the Windows Script Host.
Line 64
Char: 4
Error: activex component can't create object 'internetexplorer.application', Code: 800A01AD, Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime error.

My system is again WinXp sp3, running Firefox and I do not have IE installed on my computer at all.

I have updated my directx to the latest and greatest.

How do I get past this part of the problem?

Hello spe1901,
Please review the link below for more information on accessing webdisk. The feature in cPanel does not work sometimes. Setting it up manually is the best way to go.

Direct X has nothing to do with this; If you have completely removed Internet Explorer from your system and are using FireFox please download the latest Visual basic runtime from Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en) and Try again.

If that does not work you will need to manually mount the disk in My Computer, the following guide will help you do that.

Or just use a FTP client.
