What diference have your dedicated servlet of other servlet no dedicated?
http://hostgator.com/popup/jsp2.html says "Each account gets one dedicated servlet."

Why dont respond to me in the chat of hostgator?

I am not sure what the difference is, but sometimes chat support's response time is a little slower when they are busy. If you email support@hostgator.com you should get a response very quickly.

If you are not a member already, I would recommend you join. Hostgator is the best host around.
