Terrible Service Dedicated Server Comprimised

Well I have a dedicated server, I have been a customer for about 5 years, every 7 or 8 months or so you will experience a heart stopping, business issue that will really have you frustrated.

My lastest escapade involves my server being compromised or something. I have created a ticket, waited and waited to get response and after 18 hours, nothing has happened.

Basically, you really have to hound people to get to work on your problems if it is anything big

In case anyone at Hostgator is monitoring this site better than my server the ticket # is PKI-2851408

I will say that when stuff works they are great, but boy when you need them get ready for several long days, and nothing to report to your clients.

In my most recent chat session, I asked at least 5 times when someone would get back to me, and they said they are looking into the problem, same answer as 9 hours ago.

Good luck, and maybe look at the new Amazon hosting offering, I don't know, I just want to spit right now.

I've updated your ticket at this time and am looking into the issues with the server at this time. When I got word of your ticket from our Forum administrator I noticed it was an On Hold status meaning that it was waiting for a reply from you. I'm checking internally to see why this might be the case but either way, I'm awaiting an update from you in that ticket as I scan this server.
