Server Stats

I will be signing up tomorrow for a reseller account from you. I will be transfering from another provider whom I loved but couldn't seem to control their server problems. (I hope I will not encounter this problem here) anyways I just thought I would get a had start on my project, my requesting gatorhost (btw love the name) to setup a database driven server stats information panel which we resellers can post onto our website which will automatically be updated when ever gatorhost should update their server stats (minus gatorhost's name), The reason that this would be helpful is so that my customers can goto my website and view important upcoming downtimes and so on without me having to cut & paste every update. I'm sure you can either use php (please please) or the nasty java :roll: to complete this task.

So what do you say boys?/or girls!

Having an active list of what servers are up being displayed to the public is just asking for a hacker / dosser to go down the list one by one doing as much damage as they can. But then again thats just how I feel. If someone wanted you bad enough they could find all the servers easily.

I'm referring to the information which you post in the server stat form. (Which could be accessed just as easliy). This would allow us to provide better customer service to our clients.. btw.. I'm waiting for my account to be setup!!

What do you want the "stats" to display?

I believe he is talking about the Server Information Stats that can already be found in the Control Panel....with the green and red lights, CPU usage, etc.

You currently display the information which i'm asking for. dynamic network stats. Which I can display on my website as you do in this form. I dont understand what the difference would be by displaying on my website as you do yours. AND no i'm not refering to the cpanel stats. I'm talking about the network stats.

You know what.. I'll just talk to you over aim about it.
