Hi Guys

I'm a reseller on Escape and most of my sub-domains are unavailable (subs run off primary domain, purrsonalitydesigns.com and catteries.com.au)!

*These subs were set up as individual accounts in WHM.
*Since the migration 10 of them do not appear in the WHM acount list. They cannot be accessed via CPanel.
*None of the email accounts under these subs are working. Username and passwords not recognized.
*I can access the subs via web.
*Cannot FTP to individual sub-domain account. Login information now known.
*I can access the subs via FTP if I go through the primary domain (where the subs are listed as folders). I have had to re-upload everything!
*When I try to recreate any of these subs in WHM, I receive the following alert: "Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf?)"

I have emailed HostGator support and contacted someone via IM - in desperation I'm trying here also!

To my knowldege, the only thing you would need to change would be the IP's of your custom nameservers (if you have them), but that would not cause the issues you are having. Please reply back here if your support email goes unreplied to for 12 hours and I will do my best to help puh it through. Thank you.

All accounts on Ferrari are scheduled to be moved to the new datacenter this week. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the transfer is complete.

Nope. Never did either.

If you didn't get it please whitelist sales@ and support@hostgator.com so our mail isn't spam filtered, and make sure you have a current email address on file. Everyone was emailed, but not everyone received because of the reasons just listed.
