Our upstream provider was performing switch maintenance today 2:00-4:00am.
They were upgrading the hardware in the switch. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused, however, this was necessary to provide more reliable and robust service delivery to our customers. We are sorry for the lack of notifcation, we were not notified from the datacenter and had no idea the maintance was taking place until we were down. Anyone in the new jersey datacenter was affected which is about 35 percent of our customer base.
