Server chevelle.websitewelcome.com is coming down now for the chassis swap.
It keeps having power failures and should be back up in 30 minutes or so.

The chassi was not the problem. It ended up being the ram so was taken down again to swap it.
The data center made a mistake and only put 2 gigs of memory in the box which meanse we will need to take it down for a few minutes againto bring it up to four gigs in the next few days. The good news is that we did isolate the problem to the bad RAM and the box has not rebooted on its own since.
