I'm new here and noticed that all support questions / requests are posted in the pre-sales questions forum. Am I missing something?

Was just wondering if HG can give us a seperate Support Forum for member's support queries. Would make it easier to look for answers.

Because your forum account isn't validated yet you don't see all the boards.

I do all of the verifications manually, so just give it a few hours and they will all be done today.
