SEOHosting.com Resell Packages?

I have a requirement for 50 Class IP Hosting which is provided by you on your sister site. SEOHosting.com

I may like to ask you, whether it will be possible to resell the hosting, and if we can then will there be problem if we exceed the amount of hosting sold?

Since, buying 237$/Month package will be high. So, to neutralize the costing. I would like to resell the service.

So, will that be possible,
