Default Sending E-Mail Via Horde

When I send an email to a different email account and check it out with Outlook, Outlook thinks anything from my domain name is spam. Why is this the case? Is this because the email was sent from Horde webmail? This is not good and I need to resolve this issue.

Most likely the other email server is using a spam filter list that has our server blacklisted. You can ask the host of that server what list they are using and then email it to support@hostgator.com and we can contact them to get it taken off.

I FOUND THE ISSUE. OUTLOOK has a built in spam filter which for some reason has either gatoremail server flagged or horde flagged as spam. So the issue inst with the ISP it is with Microsoft Outlook spam filter. Thus the problem is acutally much larger and reaching more people.

Love to hear the outcome of this?

I had several clients with Outlook, until I convinced them to go to Outlook Express or Eudora.
Still have one more to go...??

I'm waiting too.

I guess there is nothing they can do since the spam filters are created by Microsoft, but I bet the issue is sending email through the webmail HORDE and not their servers being blocked.

UPDATE: Well I am completely baffled. When I login to HORDE with the root email account, i.e. my hosting name email I recieve that email in outlook. When I login to HORDE under users I created, I don't recieve those emails. I have checked and tripled check my blocked list in Outlook and the list is empty and I have the filter on the min setting. So wierd how I can recieve email from my root/account email but not from created users under the root.

OK the deal is, for some reason Outlook marks messages sent from webmail as spam. I have done some tests and it only seems to happen using my created subdomain.

webmail.mydomain.com which redirects to: http://67.19.167.226:2095/horde/login.php

Basically I need to hear back from host gator. How do you recommened users login to webmail? I mean besides loging in as the admin how are we surposed to access webmail? You guys need to post an article how to correctly link to webmail so users can put in their username and password and then gain access to the three different webmail system. The current system doenst work. Perhaps a script needs to be written by you or something.
