Default Semi-Dedicated Question

Ok,

I have just moved a site that was on a Diamond plan to a Semi-Dedicated, The question is, are there ANY LIMITS on this kind of account?

Mysql connections emails, anything involving possibly getting the site shutdown. My customer was shutdown and this caused big problems. This has happened to the customer several times first for bandwidth, then for email usage, and now for resource usage.

I am never notified in advance, I setup badwidth notification the first time, but it wasn't configured to work on the server and so I looked like an idiot, then they went over emails a bunch of times and I went back and forth with support until it we figured out they were going over on emails/hour . This client started out without breaking any rules and then these issues cropped up and they are pretty difficult to troubleshoot because there is no warning.

So no that I am on a semi-dedicated is there anything that could get the site shut down. If so, what is it that I can do so that I am informed that there is an issue before it happens?

Thanks

Vic

Incidently, after a bunch of pleading the staff is very helpful to resolve these issues.
