Semi-Dedicated hosting - How long does it take to set up?!

Just a quicky - as the title says!

How long does it take for a semi-dedicated account to be set up?

My site which is hosted at another server is down at the moment and I am keen to move it over as soon as I can.

Semi-dedicated usually takes 24 hours to setup.

It's a few hours over that now.
