Semi-dedicated cpanel or whm ?

Do semi-dedicated accounts include cpanel for each site or is it the same as shared hosting or do you get a whm panel.

It's shared hosting with only 2-3 accounts on each server. So, there is no whm access for semi-dedicated accounts, only cpanel.

So your saying that its the same as the 10 bucks account, just more cpu resources ?

yes, not only more processor/memory resources but you get thing like no SQL connection limit and such.
