Default seeking windows host

Anyone here offer Windows hosting? I need a host for a client/friend who wants to move his site.

I'm seeking a host that can help to install the files on windows server, and some technical support from time to time for the occasional monitoring and updates I will be making.

Windows server must have good quality, redundant internet backbone connectivity (e.g. Hostgator quality), as opposed to a SOHO, home-based server. Must have HG-quality server uptime, reliable OS maintenance and patch/updates.

Any host recommendations would be greatly appreciated

The site is working fine currently and we have all files:

.asp, .aspx, .vb, .swf, .ascx, .html, .css, .asax, and .js files
microsoft access database
some flash video files

email:targabuff@yahoo.com
or PM
or public post here

Thanks!

I like Lunarpages for windows hosting. They are a good host, equal in quality to HG and they do offer windows hosting...

On paper, I really like Liquidweb. Their sales pitch is awesome. I'll take slapshotw's word for how good they are...

Ehhhh...my word is meaningless right now! Check back with me in a month!

They were *great* for all my presales questions though, and the setup was really fast.

Then I guess we are still at the "their pitch is great" stage.

Looks like they are right on target on the rollout. Last I heard it may be as early as February.

Windows Servers are all setup and ready to go. All Hostgator is working on now is the frontend. You can expect them by the end of May or early June.

Lunarpages is a very good host and HostICan is also a rising star with a good windows plan.

After a week of using Plesk on the windows machine I can confidently say it stinks. Can you imagine, it makes me actually MISS cPanel 10???

The advantage of Plesk is that is pfree. That is the only advantage.

In windows hosting, I find the mail client just as important as the control panel...

I've been using plesk before cPanel and well... for me I don't care, it's not the control panel that run my websites.

They have me setup for MailEnable, which seems OK from the setup screens, but I'm not using this system for mail.

Strangely, I really like Exchange, which a lot of my clients use. But again, no mail on this server.
