as i understand it, you need a security certificate to use https:// in any way. you may have it already, i don't know.
there might be a way to do it, but unfortunately i don't have ssl on my own site and as such i can't figure out the specifics.
in any case, if your customers are using unsecured WI-FI access, heh, frankly they deserve whatever they get.
