Search Enabled for Guests and Un-Verifieds

Search has been enabled for any users so that pre-sales questions can be searched instead of asked again, as well as suggestions and other things that can be found in search instead of a new post.

I can understand why you had it off, but it is nice that you turned it back on. It really does give potential clients the good and bad about HG. (which is important that both sides of the issue are presented here, with little or no moderation of the threads... if that isn't clear, I mean that HG doesn't moderate the form and erase negative stuff about themselves.)
