script help needed

I am looking for someone who can design a scoreboard similar to this one:

What we need is a scoreboard with a refresh button and one where we can have a password protected control panel from where we can add the scores & the team matchups on a weekly basis. The one we are using now appears to be some sort of flash application or something? We will be losing it shortly though cause the guy who designed it has the files stored on his own server & he is shutting it down soon. He also doesnt want to help us design another.

Looking for reasonable quotes as we are just a fansite. The guy who designed this one did it in 2 days.

If you can't find anyone on this forum to help you out. You might want to try rentacoder.com. There should be a lot of people there that could code for you.
