Excuse me.
Please explain "scheduled". When I schedule something, BOTH PARTIES KNOW ABOUT IT IN ADVANCE. When was this "scheduled" and why was it "scheduled" for early evening? You guys have the resources to email me when I owe you money but you can't give me any warning when your going to take my reseller account down?? WTF?? |

I have only two questions to HostGator admins :
1- Why were GatorDaveC kind enough to announce shared account owners that their servers gator373-gator500 would be upgraded to MySQL 5.1 few days in advance and all other admins are not kind enough to do the same? 2- Are resellers not important enough HostGator customers, to let them beeing in trouble with their own customers because they are not informed in advance of the day and hour of the upgrade? Thank you in advance for taking the time to respond to these two simple questions. |
