Savvis backbone 'broked'.

Hi, I opened a support ticket complaining about all of my sites being down (on golf) and here's what they replied:

I think there telling you, "HG has no control over this problem what so ever".

Where all at the mercy of the major backbone services....

Sometimes it sounds like HG is just brushing people off with answers like that. The standard, "It isn't our fault, leave us alone." type answer.

However, I suspect that the support person who wrote that reply has written it 100 times already and a 100 times after that... So, I can understand why they may want to be brief.
