I've been on Hostgator since late November '06. Reseller with only a few clients. Moved over from another cPanel host. Used the home directory backup and restored the accounts without problems, including e-mails and statistics. Have not detected downtime. Discovered early on that Comcast was blocking e-mails from my server, but support got it removed from the Comcast blacklist. Otherwise, no support was needed because I had no problems. I have used the IP deny feature to block some overseas IPs that were abusing some mail forms - with pharmactical ads (also used Spam Assassin to block some). I also had good success moving over an online survey that uses PHPsurveyor and mySQL (here are the results: http://www.appraisalgroupofamerica.c...lue-stigma.htm ).

Overall, I give Hostgator a thumbs-up,
