Ask your ISP if they are having problems.. its up for me and httpd responds instantly

In an event like this, you should promptly open a trouble ticket and/or notify live chat support, that way you are assisted and all issues are resolved as soon as possible.

it seemed to be a problem with the ISP. I did open a ticket too tho btw.
