Saleen performance

Anyone else here on saleen and having performance issues lately? A few days ago httpd seemed to stop responding for about five minutes. Yesterday it went down for about 15 minutes and after filing a ticket I was told it had been rebooted. Today (as of now) it seems to be having connectivity issues again and whm is reporting a high load (43.69) with pop, eximstats, exim, and httpd "failed" (although they seem to be working now).

Nothing too serious with regards to downtime, I just worry of something hardware failure.

Hi Dema,

The person causing the problems has been located and moved off the server. Everything should be running smoothly for now.

Still seem to be having service failures (maybe reboots?) today. I noticed it once earlier in the day and again just now. Again, nothing serious, but should this still be going on with the problem account moved?

Past few days have brought more failures, including at least 20 minutes of complete downtime just now. Could someone at HG please update me on the status of Saleen?
