Are you on a cPanel server currently? Do you have problems with it?

No, i haven't been on cpanel yet and i hope i won't have a problem using it. I just worry about working this server with 'windows-1251' character set. I got this problem using russian servers and i'd like to know, what can i expect from US server

I suspect it will be a problem. I have not been able to use any cyrillic characters on my system. cpanel.net would be the best place to ask this question as they likely have more experience with Russian.

You surely will. It's not about the hosting provider or control panel you choose, it's about e-mail protocol standards (existing ones and and lack of them). Having cyrillic (or any non-ascii) characters in e-mail addresses is almost as bad idea as domain names in national languages.

Oh, I doesn't mean using cyrillic in the e-mail addresses, i don't get insane yet, i just mean subject and sender fields

I quick test showed that the Cyrillic characters in my test email did not work in the subject line, but worked ok in the body.
So I would say, no, you will not be ok. |
