At this time, there is a routing issue at one of our Data Centers that is affecting multiple servers, including the following:

How do you know what server you are on? Is it from the welcome email you received? As mine is down as well.

Is gallardo affected by the routing problems?

I cannot access my sites on gallardo and DNS lookups to my sites are timing out.

Dear Customers,

These issues should be cleared up now. This was a temporary routing issue at our data center that caused these servers to lose connectivity. This has been corrected, and all of the servers are back up and running normally at this time.
