RoundCube On Other Languages

Hello friends,

I have been in to a problem today, I'm doing business in portuguese and spanish language contries.

Even that roundcube as the feature to change language and several languages are available for download, hostgator refuses to enable this feature, for the reason:

"This issue has been investigated and this feature is not on our shared servers, because this customization would need to made on ALL of our servers. If you would like to have this feature you can always upgrade your account to a dedicated server and have any customization you wish."

I don't understand why a company like hostgator that as all other scripts available in several languages, doesn't as roundcube too.

Roundcube was installed as an extra by HG. I believe other languages are available in other webmail clients offered by HG, for instance Horde? Was the request made in live chat or support ticket?

You can easily install roundcube yourself, and it'll be a more recent version with whatever languages and addons you'd like.
