I have been with hostgator for more than one year and the first thing I can say is 'EXCELLENT SUPPORT'
They answer my 103 943  questions requested by email, support center or live help on the site.I have a reseller account and I don't plan to go anywhere for this type of services. The only thing you have to keep is mind is nobody is perfect, servers can break down once in their lifetime, network problem can surge from nowhere, but what you have to keep in mind is that they will always answer your questions and be there to support you and your website.
