Review update
Been here a little over 6 months on a shared account and have NOTHING but positive experiences to rave about. Hope I'm not jinxing myself by saying this, but the load times for all my sites have been CONSISTENTLY blazing. Also have had VERY little downtime and all interaction with support has been perfect.
Latest support ticket was handled today in a stellar manner by Joshua Lo. and Ryan Ec. Had a problem with a custom install that they could have told me wasn't their problem, but they fixed it anyway and FAST. Cheers, guys! Keep up the GREAT work!
