Review Time

[Darth Unrivaled]

Hi! Threw out the net I'm known as Darth Unrivaled and well I'm the webmaster of a web site called Banshee Force. I thought I wait about a month until I post my site up and asked for a review so that I would have everything up. Unlike most of the web sites hosted who only have one I have many.

The main site is Banshee Force, url: http://www.bansheeforce.net Its a review site I run monthly graphic contest where I give away cash prizes and such. My other sites are Majin Planet url: http://www.majin-planet.org which is a music video site/anime fan site. Other sites I have is a star wars fan site (coming soon) and my design site which is down at the moment but will be up with in the next few weeks. I also have a personal blog named XfireSystems url: http://www.xfiresystems.com.

The main source of my community is my board, called Banshee Force Community url: http://community.bansheeforce.net. This is where all the action is. I also have arcade section, radio blog, download center, live chat room, count downs and more for members of my web site. There is lots of things to do for both members and visitors. I also have a gallery pushing 5,000 screenshots.

So take a look. I know it may not be the best looking site but I push myself to make sure its xhtml/css standard and that it works in all browsers. I'm very active webmaster adding updates everyday and always right there to answer questions of my visitors.

So please if you have some free time, give a quick look and tell me what you think. It's ok if you don't like it. Please tell me, tips on things I could do to make it better. I've always rather had bad feedback then no feedback at all. Thanks a head of time for you comments and I look forward to reading what everyone here has to say. I would also hope to read comments from the admin and staff of Host Gator that would be so cool. But if not I totally understand as you are busy.

Your look and navigation are first-rate. Very professional. And you have integrated the styles of what I assume are various different prepackaged software pieces very well (gallery, forum, blog).

I have no inkling of what your subject is all about, but that's just me.

On your site you use "threw out" instead of "throughout". These are very different terms, which makes for some very confusing sentences.

Similar confusion with using "know" where it should be "now".

Today I am know threw out the gaming, movie and anime community as Darth Unrivaled.

makes little sense. Should it be
"Today I am known throughout the gaming ..." ?

You could use some proofreading; there are lots of similar grammatical, usage, and punctuation (both missing and unneeded apostrophes) errors in the text portions.

Thanks for the replay, yeah some times if not always I don't have to proof read and I run a spell checker/grammar check program on them and some times it puts the wrong thing there. I need to get something new or just do it myself which takes more time to do. Thanks for the heads up and for your comments.
