I've been with HG from 11/2003 when it was smaller than today...I started with a small reseller account and now I have a "bigger" plan..
Yes there were times I was angry at HG for this and that (usually at your LiveSupport(this excludes SAM!!!!)) but at the end I wouldn't change the host for nothing....the main difference between HG and others is that HG really cares about their customers, their needs...HG listens to their customers(not always ...khm..khm... ) but overall does listen enough...thye don't oversell...they want leave you in the dark...sometimes(but only sometimes!!) the explanations are a bit "strange" but the main point is that they "are"....at least you get some word of what is going on....Brent will always post about what's going on at the data center...new upgrades to the servers or network.... If you are correct person than that's what you can expect from HG...if you're a trouble maker than HG will have no mercy ...I think after all this time with HG I can honestly say that they really are the best in the bussiness..... So when you choose HG you chose the "piece of your mind".....ofcourse the're will be some problems but HG will be on it promptly and they'll do it in the quickest time possible..... I've seen quite a few people complaining about this and that....that they're gonna leave...some did left but none of them came back and told us that they have found someone better, more reliable and so on....no one.... Thanx HG for everything, thanx Brent, Justin, Sam and all of you at HG.... I just like seing HG grow and us growing with HG..... |
