Positive review and help

hello. i just want to say that i have been a hostgator customer since december (with a different domain). VERY VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE.



now, the help i need. the different domain i mention above is codew.org, and i had requested about a week ago that the account be canceled. i am referring to ticket id JAB-2553001. i replied to the ticket asking that the account be cancelled, and even asked live support to cancel it, and they told me it would take 3 hours (that was on sunday). can someone from hostgator please cancel that account? the site is still up and i dont want to be charged for something i cancelled last thursday.

We replied back to your ticket on April 10th with the following and did not receive a reply back:

If you could please verify the last 4 digits of the card on file we will continue with the cancellation of your account.

i didnt recieve that email, but i replied to an earlier email with that information. is there anything else needed?

I just looked up the ticket and this was processed last night by our cancellations department.
