Please register a forum account and provide your hosting account info so we may better assist you.
![]() As for your problem, you will need to re-create your database users in cpanel and then apply the new user info to your forum config file as well. -Justin |

I registered for an account. I activated it also- I guess it's waiting to be validated or something. It's under the username, Arre.
How do I re-create database users and apply them in the config file? |

To re-create your user accounts, go into the mySQL Databases section of Cpanel and there you are able to add a user to your database.
You will be asked to provide a database username and password. After doing so, you must apply this user to the database. Then open up your forum config file (usually config.php) and adjust the connection settings to use your new database user info. Note that the user name you created in Cpanel must be prefaced with your hostgator account name: database user: hgaccount_dbusername database password: dbpassword Hope this helps. -Justin |
