Sent a ticket on July 13, 2008 has not been answered by the sales team to help me and i want restore the backup to install backup to my reserller server the ticket number is : BCB-2794376 and my primaly domain is : egy4hosting.com Please reply to the ticket as soon as and thank you |

You really need to wait and let support get to the ticket. Restoring backups can take some time depending on server loads and the size of the backup. Checking with Live Chat is the best way to check on the status. Do not reply back to the ticket as that will just delay the response from support since the ticket will be moved down the queue.

HG support works on the tickets from oldest to newest. If you reply to the ticket then the ticket is moved down the list so that it will take longer to reply back. You should not reply to the ticket unless they request more information. Contact Live Chat and someone there can check on the status.
