[resolved] Lacking VPS Support

Chatted with someone last night they basically told me that the problem lies in the setup of the domain and which they couldn't fix the issue via WHM, but they did open a ticket. The response in the ticket from an admin was "domain doesn't appear that the domain is setup in WHM, here is a guide to help." By looking in WHM the domain is there and appears to be setup the same way as the other domain on the VPS that is working fine. I was hoping that host gator would have a little better support then just referring customers to guides.

I just tried to give you a call in regards to this and have assigned the ticket you submitted to myself. I apologize for the information you received regarding your VPS. There are certain steps that you need to take when you get a vps however there should have been more of an effort to help you in regards to setting your domain up and again apologize that you did not receive more support regarding this.
