Lightbulb Resolution notes in Calls

Just wondered if when a problem is resolved you add what was done to some resolution notes. 2nd time now that I a problem is resolved (and to be fair a good resolution ) But I like to know what has been done...

First Problem was a Apache 500 Error when I moved my sites.. this was done by permissions not being 755 on folders and 644 on files. Something I was not aware of. but was fixed on one site.. (I then needed to do it on multiple sites so needed to find out how)

Current issue still being investigated is ODBC timeouts. I had an email to say its solved unfortunetly its still not great.. better but not great. If I know what they were doing, I could prob look at it myself

The work is brill but the annoyance of live support or email to find out what happened for them to wait to speak to the person who made the change can get frustrating if you need to fix the same problem on multiple stuff..
