So, I signed up for an account, but the confirmation email got greylisted and hasn't come through again.
I chatted with live support and they said they can't do anything while the account is "pending". It would be great to have a way to request that email be resent, now that I whitelisted you (yes I realize I should have whitelisted you first, that was my mistake). This would be a nice feature since new users are often on a time crunch and dealing with other frustrations especially when transferring from other webhosts (or they wouldn't be transferring). I don't have a high tolerance for frustration right now and canceled our startlogic account 1 day after opening it. Hopefully things will be better here. The minimal response time on your live support was a refreshing change though. -Jon |
