Reselling from a semi-dedicated?

I was looking at the semi-dedicated accounts today and at the TOS and it appears that you can't resell from a semi-dedicated server? Is this correct?

So for someone like me, who hosts web design clients the only options are either a reseller account, which is less than optimal for various reason, or a dedicated server, which is beyond my price range at the moment? Or am I missing something?

You aren't missing anything. It is a huge gap in the line offered by HG. They really need a semi-dedicated style reseller account. It would fix a lot of the problems with reselling, but isn't in HG's financial interest, I guess.

It just becomes an intermediate option that becomes very hard to manage from an HG stand point I think.

It would have been nice when I was looking to upgrade. However, I can see the basic dedicated server isn't doing me much good, so I wonder how a semi would perform. Having the cost of the dedicated also kind of drove me to find some more clients to justify it... and so far I have...
