As a reseller, do we get warned (f.e. by subscribtion to a list) of scheduled downtime, so we can post this info on our own website/forum for our own customers?
Thx, Stef. |

All scheduled downtime is announced here on the boards inside the Network Status forum. We do not send out email notices, but you may "subscribe" to the Network Status forum which will send you an email notice each time something new is posted. To do this, click the "watch this topic" located at the lower left of any thread.
Also, just so you know, scheduled downtime is pretty rare these days. Virtually any downtime incurred will be the result of a service failing or a network problem beyond our control. Luckily we stand behind our uptime guarantee and will gladly refund your money for any month in which we fail to meet or exceed the promised uptime. -Justin |
